With over 48 hours notice, cancelations are subject to a $20 fee. Within 48 hours, no refunds are given.

For monthly tenants, deposits are refundable with 30 days advanced written notice. We, unfortunately, cannot give refunds on rent for early departures.

Our park models are charming tiny homes designed for comfort and convenience. Each unit typically features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and many come with a loft space, maximizing the available living area.

These park models are provided unfurnished, offering a blank canvas for guests to personalize and make their own. They are ideal for various purposes, including accommodating contract workers, traveling nurses, or anyone who appreciates the simplicity and efficiency of tiny living.

Absolutely! At Yreka RV Park, we welcome both pets and children with open arms.

For children, we have a fantastic onsite playground where kids can slide and play to their heart's content.

And for our furry guests, we have a dedicated dog park where dogs can romp and socialize off-leash. It's a great space for both dogs and their owners to enjoy some outdoor fun together.

Please note that we do not allow aggressive breeds such as Rottweilers and Pit Bulls (or any mixes thereof).
